owned by co-owners Odin Garces, Timberley Ngewakl, Catherine Villagomez, and
Marie Luise Del Carmen. Their office is located at Garapan, formally Poseidon Bar. The owners’ main goal was to have people enjoy the
beautiful site and scenery that our island(s) water has to offer; the different
shades of blue that our oceans have will definitely attract and cool busy minds
down.
Garces suggested that with Free
Wheeler’s Rent A Boat, people will definitely leave the boats with an open mind
and a happier spirit. He believes that being on the water soothes his mind and
body and that with this everyone will have the same experience.
They provide customers with premium
and equipped boats with easy-to-use Garmin GPS depth sounders, waterproof
navigation charts, life preservers (child life preservers are required for
children under the age of 13), and all safety equipment required by the United States
Coast Guard.
“We are glad to provide and arrange service for those
individuals who have no boating experience and/or prefer the convenience of
someone handling one of the boats for them when on a trip with a licensed captain
but for an additional charge” Ngewakl commented. “You can cruise, go fishing, relax,
explore, and island hop with a captain handling the vessel, allowing you time
with your friends and family.”
“We give our customers the option to operate a rental
boat, if they meet our experience and knowledge requirements which our captains
are expected to have and maintain annually,” Del Carmen added.
